There are questions what can we do after reaching the highest level of Environ AVST cream (AVST5). You can stay at AVST5 forever (and add some additional serum from intensive range from time to time), or step up even higher. Some people are happy with keeping AVST5 but others want to achieve more. You can add C-Quence Gel (level 1-4) or Retinol (level 1-3) to AVST5. My clients said they are extremely happy by adding those items. Our need for vitamin A to repair DNA in the skin cells increase with ageing, so it is never too much to give more vitamin A. Do not worry, Environ's vitamin A is safe to use in high concentration if you step up the quantity properly. It does not thin your skin like some medical vitamin A cream.
